21 & 22 October

Good day one and all.
We had a good start to the afternoon with some plains game close to the lodge feeding on the new green shoots, from the rain we had. We then went and viewed Bahuti while he was busy stalking some impala but with all the vehicles he thought it was time for another posing session and so he did just for us, forgetting that he had stalked the impala. We then went in the direction of the wild dogs. We viewed them also but in a bit of bad lightas you can see from the photos. But had a lovely sighting of them playing around the vehicle.
Thank you mother nature for some rain we had this morning.
This morning we went out and found a male and female leopard tracks. We started tracking them and we found Mvula busy mating with Ostrich Koppie female. We viewed them for a bit until they disappeared into thick bush.Soon after we went to the west to view the break away pride of lions. We got them stalking two buffalo bulls. They tried but with no success, sadly enough. We then left them as they lazed about. While driving back we found a breeding herd of elephant. So all in all very good drives.
Kind Regards
