29th June 
Afternoon


- Xivambalane male leopard resting in the drainage line for a while and then he got active scent marking and smelling for a female.
- The two Styx females where resting behind the dam wall.



       30th June 
Morning 

- A nice little herd of elephants slowly feeding.
- The two Styx females and the three little cubs where on a waterbuck kill, the little ones where very playful this morning.

Afternoon

- Massive herd of elephants on Golf Plains, they where all around us feeding and milling about. 
- Shadows youngster was lying next to the road in the shade. He was waiting for Shadow to come back.
- Tingaana male leopard in the tree with the half eaten python hanging over a branch. A patient hyena was waiting for some scraps to fall.

Morning

- One Matimba male was resting East of the airstrip in the shade.
- The other Matimba male was mating with one of the Styx females.
- One female leopard just west of the lodge.

Afternoon

- Thandi's cub resting on a termite mound West from the lodge.
- Buffalo bulls moving towards a water hole.
- Tingana moving around searching for a meal.
- Elephant herd joining in on our drink stop last night.
- On our way back to the lodge, the two Styx females were busy chasing Impala around on the main road.

Morning

- Cheetah male East from the lodge moving North away scent marking as he passes by.

Afternoon

- Spend some time with a big Elephant herd at Chitwa dam. It was a real treat watching the Elephants as they were drinking, feeding around the vehicle and chasing Buffalo around moving North away from us.
- Found Thandi resting close to a private camp( Anette's Camp ) moving around the garden.
- Came across some Elephant bulls on our way back to the Lodge.

  Morning

- This morning we had the opportunity again to have seen the two Styx females with the three cubs moving West on the main road. What a treat and huge excitement for our guest as it is their first trip to Africa.
- Saw a small herd of Elephants in some thick vegetation.
- We tracked Thandi down with a fresh kill she had made during the early morning just West from the Lodge.

Afternoon

- Two Styx males resting in the Rupapi drainage line.
- Big family group of elephants feeding east of the lodge.
- Young male leopard caught a pangolin and finished everything but the tail.

- Two Styx males and the two adult females with the sub adult females where resting near Graveyard pan when the two Matimba males burst in and chased them. We not sure what happened but we found the two Matimba boys after that with bloody faces but could not find any of the other lions.

Afternoon

- Big herd of Elephants feeding West from the lodge moving slowly North.
- Another herd of Elephants drinking water joined by a small herd of Buffalo.
- Had a quick visual of some Wild Dogs moving over a boundary South into Mala Mala.
- Last night on our way back to the lodge, we came across the two Styx females with the three cubs resting on a road. Unfortunately we couldn't view them with the spotlight because the cubs are still to young and we left them.

- Herd of Elephants feeding around the vehicle.
- Saw Tingana around a termite mound waiting at the entry of a Warthog burrow.
- Two Styx males resting East from the Lodge.

- Big herd of Buffalo resting east from the lodge.
- Four sub-adults from the Nyaleti pride resting North-East from the lodge not far away from the Buffalo.
- Thandi's cub resting on top of a termite mound.
- Herd of Elephants West from the lodge feeding.
