Afternoon.

- We came across a small herd of Elephants feeding about.
- The Styx pride were found resting about in the later afternoon sun. After a while spending time with them they moved of in search for a meal.
- a Couple of Buffalo bulls blocked the road on our way back to the lodge last night and made sure that we were going to wait for them to move away.

Morning.

- The one brother of the Majingilane males were spotted with one of the Breakaway pride females mating not far from a water hole.
- Close by to the mating couple, a herd of Elephants moved pass us.
- Thandi and her cub were spotted with a newly made Impala kill.

Afternoon

- Kwatile female leopard mating with tingana close to one of the lodges.
- Kwatile's youngster chasing jackal around  one of the airstrips.
- Had a brief sighting of a cheetah but moved south over a boundary as we got closer.

Morning

- Inkanyeni female leopard moving east towards our lodge.

- Big breeding herd of elephants feeding around the vehicle.
- Lots of plains game close to the Kruger boundary.

Afternoon.

- Matimba brothers and one Styx female still around the Kudu kill from two days ago.
- Found Kunyuma drinking water. After he had his fill he was moving West searching for a meal.
- Small herd of Elephants drinking water at a water hole.
- Couple of Buffalo bulls feeding close by on our drink break last night.

- One of the Matimbas brothers was found mating with one of the Styx females.
- Buffalo bulls grazing around a dried up waterhole.
- We found two Honey badger running over the main road. Was a great surprise for all of us as we do not see them that much.

Afternoon.

- Went back to the Matimbas and Styx where they had made a Kudu kill. They were just lying around with full bellies with a couple of White-Backed Vultures perched in a dead tree.
- Heard of Elephants drinking water at Chitwa dam.
- Tingana with an Impala kill hoisted in a tree.
- Buffalo bulls resting and some feeding close by the main road.

                                                                                       

   

Morning

- Tingana was still around his kill.
- Saw a very rare bird of prey this morning. A Secretary Bird walking on a landing strip getting attacked by a few Crowned Lapwings.
- Elephants visiting us on our morning coffee break close to a waterhole with some Spotted Hyenas close by.
- After drive we had some breakfast and then our morning walk started at 10:30. Halfway into our walk, we approached a waterhole East from the lodge.Only then did we hear growls coming from behind the bushes to find Xivambalane and Inkanyeni busy mating. What a surprise and an amazing experience.

Afternoon

- Young male Makhombo ( son of Inkanyeni)resting on a termite hill West from the lodge.
- Breeding herd of Elephants South of the lodge moving north.
- Buffalo bull resting close to the main road.

Morning

- Inkanyeni walking around searching for a meal East from the lodge.
- Small herd of Elephants drinking water at Chitwa dam.
- Two Matimbas and one Styx female feeding on a Male Kudu they killed this morning.

Afternoon

- There was a massive elephant bull and a nice breeding herd at the dam, they where all having a drink and the bull was smelling the youngsters.
- Another massive elephant bull standing on his back legs trying to get to the top branches of a torchwood. It was an awesome sighting, he started pushing the tree with his head knocking the seeds down so he could eat them. He was later joined by a small herd of elephants. They all stood feeding underneath the tree.
- The two Matimba males where resting near the airstrip, they where very lazy.

- Saw Inkanyeni's two cubs behind the lodge, they are very beautiful youngsters.
- Thandi and her cub where walking on the one plain chasing a warthog, they both went up the tiniest Wattle where the cub fell out fortunately it was not very high. They played with each other as they walked down the road, while playing they bumped into two little duiker but missed them. Was an awesome sighting of them.
- Two big buffalo bulls resting in one of the pans, just relaxing.
- Five Southern Ground Hornbills...

Afternoon. 

- After a few months we finally get to see the Two Styx female's with the three youngsters s( now much more bigger) and they look very well.
- Found a small herd of Elephants feeding.
- Bahuti was spotted in front of the lodge last night befors we came back.

Morning

- Big herd of Elephants walking around the vehicle's busy feeding as they moved of.
- Three Buffalo bulls staring us down before they ran off.
