20 & 21 Aug

As we left camp yesterday afternoon we found Bahuti resting on top of a termite mound in the shade of a small bush. Spent some time with a herd of elephants feeding around our vehicle. Saw two old Buffalo bulls resting close to a water hole.

This morning we had long distance visual of two male cheetah walking South-East from the lodge. Found Bahuti walking South alongside a dry river before he disappeared into thick bush. Spent some time at a water hole watching a hippo with some Egyptian Goose and their ducklings swimming around him.

18 & 19 Aug

Yesterday afternoon was a quite drive as we only saw a big herd of buffalo drinking water and some hippos trying to chase them away by displaying their dominance.

This morning we saw Bahuti sleeping on a termite mound underneath a thick bush. Bumped into the big herd of buffalo feeding West from the lodge.

17 & 18 Aug

Our afternoon started off on an exiting note, as we had a big herd of elephant coming down to the Nkorho pan for a drink of water, with a second herd as well. They also wanted to be famous and posed for the africam. We then went west to go and have a look at a very beautiful male leopard called Tingana on a impala kill in a tree.

This morning started off slow as it was a bit on the cool side, we went west again to go and have a look at some hippo, got a call on the radio for a sighting of a female leopard called Kwatile and her cub, we went there and saw Kwatile but unfortunately not her cub.

16 & 17 Aug

As we left for safari yesterday, a small herd of elephants were found on Nkorho driveway feeding.Saw the big herd of buffalo drinking water.The two Matimba males were seen last night again scent marking their territory.

This morning we found the big herd of buffalo west from the lodge. Went to the west to go and see Tingana the dominant male leopard resting close to a Marula tree where he had a Impala kill. On our way back to the lodge we found a small herd of elephants feeding moving West. Bahuti was found on the same spot as yesterday resting on a termite mound.

15 & 16 Aug

Bahuti was found again resting in the afternoon sun on a termite mound. He moved off in search for something to eat. Just a few meters away from Bahuti, Inkanyeni was also lurking around in search of a meal. After the beautiful leopards we had elephants bypassing the vehicle as well as a massive herd of buffalo.

This morning started off extremely well, as the two Matimba males graced us with their presence, after a long week of minimal lion sightings. We also saw Thandi for a brief moment as she disappeared into the bush. We closed down with Bahuti resting on a termite mound.

14 & 15 Aug

Our safari started good yesterday afternoon as we enjoyed watching some elephants having a nice mud bath to cool them down. We were on our way to go see the big herd of buffalo, and on our way their we found fresh leopard tracks. We walked after them into the bush and Found Bahuti not to far from us. There were buffalo everywhere to be found.

This morning was a quite morning as we only saw some elephants feeding West from the lodge.

13 & 14 Aug

Yesterday afternoon we had a good start with Thandi stalking some impala, but she was not successful. Afterwards we saw some elephants and a very big herd of buffalo.

This morning started of slow, with the usual impala, zebra and giraffe after that we saw the big herd of buffalo again and went west for some hippo.
